La deportation des Acadiens

Pendant de nombreuses année, la Grande-Bretagne n'accorde pas beaucoup d'attention à l'Acccadie. Mais en 1713, les anglais tentent d'amener les Accadiens à prêter un serment d'allégeance au roi de Grande-Bretagne; une sorte de promesse de fidélité et d'obéissance envers son roi et son royaume. Le roi de la Grande-Bretagne est Britannique et protestant;les Acadiens,francophone et catholique. Ils refusent.

Les Acadiens ne veulent que la paix. Durant les nombreux conflits qui opposent la Français et les Anglais, ils demeurent neutres. Mais les Anglais ont peur que les Acadiens se revoltent contre eux. En 1755, les Britanniques commencent la deportation des Acadiens, à la demande du gouverneur britannique de la Nouvelle-Écosse.Pileggi11 (talk) 15:43, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
