Speedy deletion of Grant Mitchell (Producer)

A tag has been placed on Grant Mitchell (Producer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Unsourced BLP since 2008. No significant coverage found. All I could find was the BBC confirming that he produced the 'Bob the Builder' single.
