@Pppery: Hello, Can anyone contact the wikipedia and beg them to stop causing a mess with IP addresses. right now I am even blocked to edit my own user page, es:Usario:Peter Horn and there is NO way to contact an administrator. Peter Horn User talk 15:22, 30 October 2023 (UTC)

You need to take this up on the Spanish Wikipedia - each project is independently governed and I have no authority (or motivation) to do anything there. Assuming my understanding of what is happening there is correct, see es:Wikipedia:Proxies abiertos#¿Qué ocurre cuando un bloqueo afecta a usuarios legítimos?, and you should be able to edit es:Usuario discusión:Peter Horn even if you are blocked. * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 18:38, 30 October 2023 (UTC)

The POINT is that I can NOT do any of those above things. I can NOT even edit my own es:Usuario discusión:Peter Horn. The Spanish Wikipedia is screwed up. Or AVG securety is causing me problems. Thanks anyway. Peter Horn User talk 19:45, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
