Speedy deletion nomination of Hungarian Corvin Chain edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Hungarian Corvin Chain requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. -KAP03 (Talk • Contributions • Email) 22:11, 28 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Dale A. Martin moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Dale A. Martin, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) In addition, there appears to be a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. As per WP policy, please do not move into mainspace yourself. Onel5969 TT me 11:13, 31 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

onel5969 Please point out the parts which are not sufficiently referenced... I feel as if these are all facts whcih are properly cited. Thank you

AfC notification: Draft:Dale A. Martin has a new comment edit

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Dale A. Martin. Thanks! Theroadislong (talk) 14:17, 2 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Theroadislong Thank you, but is it cited properly? Could we still move it to the mainspace like this? I agree that it would be nice to have some prose as well, I just thought that since I have a COI, I would only include factual information and nothing more. Thank you in advance!

So you want volunteers to do the work for you? Theroadislong (talk) 16:38, 2 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Theroadislong, No, not at all. I did the work and would argue it is cited properly and therefore would deserve to be in the mainspace. If the prose is the only factor affecting the review process, then I'll try to do it in a manner in which it won't, by an issue with the COI. Thank you in advancePelicanegg (talk) 16:45, 2 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

February 2022 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at User talk:Pelicanegg, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 16:39, 2 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
