Govindaharihari doesn't seem to have explained what's going on that well, given that you're a new editor and all. Basically Wikipedia has really really strict rules regarding what you can say about living people. Insulting them on a talk page (no matter who they are) is usually a bad idea. The talk page isn't a place to give your opinions on a person or event, but instead to give your opinion on how to write the article better. Read WP:BLP and WP:RS for more information if you want.
