Infectious disease edit

Just dropping by to explain why I have removed your addition to infectious disease. It bears remembering that the article is about all manner of infections, not just nosocomial infection. For that topic, infection control is a much more relevant article. You also used a source that was probably less than ideal; we tend to place emphasis on the use of reviews and book chapters rather than primary research studies (see WP:MEDRS for more information).
