Hi there.
I got your message. You should probably take some time to read about what Wikipedia is and what it is not. It is an encyclopedia for articles that can be supported by verifiable third-party sources. It is not a webhost and it is not a platform for advertising. You should also be aware of the policies regarding conflicts of interest. The best place to start to get a good overview is WP:Welcome.
Regarding the black and white coloring, you can change the theme that you view Wikipedia with by going to the my preferences link at the top right of the page.
Regarding your username. The use of company names as your Wikipedia username is specifically prohibited. You can find details at WP:USERNAME#Company.2Fgroup_names. Your current name is probably OK, but I would not change it to what you suggested.
Regarding website links, Wikipedia has policies regarding what is acceptable and not at WP:EL.
You can upload images as long as they are not copyrighted or are acceptable under fair use laws. You can learn more about that at WP:UPLOAD.

This kind of activity is considered spamming and forbidden by policies, and also violates our username policy.
However, if you feel that there has been a mistake in your blocking, please appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|Your reason here}} on your user talk page or email the administrator who blocked you. Your reason should include your response to this issue and a new username you wish to adopt that does not violate our username policy (specifically, understand that accounts are for individuals, not companies or groups, and that your username should reflect this).
