Missing item at Svetlana Chmakova

I've noticed that you've done a number of edits at Svetlana Chmakova. Several years ago at Talk:Svetlana Chmakova, I noted an item that was missing from her bibliography, one that I could not add myself due to a conflict of interest, and so far no one has responded to my request. Hi PDelahanty!

I reverted your edit on Thomas E. Delahanty II because although he was appointed by Obama, the "president" parameter was already in use as well. Typically one field is chosen over the other, not both and being as most U.S. Attorneys can serve into another president's term (e.g. Rosa Emilia Rodríguez or Rod Rosenstein) it's more logical to list the Presidents they've served under versus whom they were appointed by. If you have any questions or alternate ideas, please share them.
