Please do not remove the {{notability}} template from an article without improving it to meet the stated notability criteria, as you did in your edit to Overbrook Entertainment. I removed your comment at the RFC/User page for several reasons: 1) It was not in the right format for an RFC; 2) It's a content dispute, not appropriate for an RFC; 3) It does not involve admin powers; and most importantly 4) Pegasus is absolutely correct about the Notability tag.

I have restored a Notability tag and explained why a tag is a good thing at the article's talk page. Please read the Notability page linked from the Notability message box. To put it simply, the article must have references from a reliable source (e.g. a newspaper) - not just from the company itself. It might be the greatest company in the world, but we still need a significant mention of the company in some newspaper or magazine, perhaps a business journal or trade press from the entertainment industry to verify that the company is great. Okay, the Variety reference (which leads to even more Variety stories) certainly demonstrates notability. I notice that Pegasus did not reinstall the Notability tag. It would be good if you could add references for more of the article content. E.g. the second sentence "The production company was started by Will Smith between 1997 and 1999" - I have no doubt that is true, but what is the source of that information? Neither of your two references nor the company's website provide that information, so it must have come from somewhere else. If you would add a citation on the end of almost every sentence then you would have an even stronger article. Sbowers3 (talk) 12:14, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Overbrook.JPG. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

• That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
• That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
