Speedy deletion nomination of Business chess edit

A tag has been placed on Business chess, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. elektrikSHOOS 18:52, 8 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Вторая ссылка не открывается.--Zara-arush (talk) 17:11, 13 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ovakim (talk) 13:01, 15 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ovakim (talk) 13:24, 15 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you are Dr. Grachya Ovakimyan, the inventor of Business Chess, be careful of any conflict of interest yoy may have when editing the article.
Best wishes Si Trew (talk) 12:53, 15 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
(I used Google Translate for the above.) Yes, I must admit I don't quite understand how the points were reallocated on selection. I had assumed that the idea was that it was a zero-sum game or rather that the initial points allocated always continued along all branches, so that passing, and so on, merely redistributed the points rather than adding or subtracting from the total. I see that that is not the case, but we need to make clearer exactly how points are subtracted: that is, there is an implication that they are somehow "awarded" to the other team, which I don't think is the case.
Another thing that should probably be made clear is whether one team plays white and another black, or whether teams actually play both sides. i.e. how moves alternate between the teams, and what view one team has of the other's variant branches.
Presuming this article stays (which seems likely) then I'll probably transfer the diagrams put into SVG format so that they can be better rendered in the browser. Until then I shouldn't worry much about the placement of figures and photos.
There's no conflict of interest if you are adding neutral information. I didn't suggest you were; I just wanted you to be aware of it. Si Trew (talk) 13:37, 15 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
It is probably better that discussions like that continue on The talk page of the article itself. Si Trew (talk) 13:37, 15 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
