Halaqah, this is a long message but you really need to read it:

article 5 times! That is far more than any other citational source or reference for this article. There are far more established and reputable individuals whom deserve more consideration than you (or Owen if you are not Owen), for the sake of the article's quality and for the sake of transparency. Your picture is figured more prominently than anyone else IN the article! This article is not a propaganda tool for Owen, Halaqah Media, or any of your people or organization. What peer review groups has your ideas been published in? You are unknown and no matter how much you want to expose yourself to appear more well known than you actually are, you are not a peer reviewed resource. Look at the Wikipedia article for "osirica" and you tell me where I put my face, or my own quotes in the article? Nowhere. And why have you not cited other more established people (at least more than yourself) in the black people article? It's frustrating because it's awfully short sighted. This article is going to garner much more attention and you're self-citational process is going to be swept away by greater scrutiny. You just imagine what would happen if someone like Henry Louis Gates were to actually take an interest in contributing to this article, or an actual college professor of African and Black history? Maybe you are not personally Owen, but you and Owen obviously, OBVIOUSLY, work closely (much like I myself and Zaph), however, I do not cite Zaph nor does Zaph cite me in any bibliographical context (that would be dishonest). Would you please stop doing that? Secondly, I am not worried about Wikipedia blocking me or anyone I am working with. The whole POINT is to gauge the areas of discomfort to Eurocentric comfort zones in the 21st century. Wikipedia gained our attention in this regard with the Mormon articles and we began this experiment when word got out that political figures were using this as a stage to promote and manipulate the readers for political gain. What other organizations have you discussed this article with? Why don't you start quoting real resources instead of using yourself in order to promote yourself? It is only a matter of time before this tactic of yours backfires and you will lose a lot of credibility on here. You should cite OTHER PEOPLE, not yourself and certainly not as gregariously as you have. What is going to make us all look bad is that you will be exposed for trying to make original research look like quality references. --Osirica 18:16, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

ur so samart why dont u look up the history and see who put it up there, so embarrasing to write all of this an b wrong. i think u only need to check google to see how valid a reference is or isnt. i would appreciate you use your brain and be careful with your accusations. just go and see the history of the contributions. i added profiles from the film 500 years later. kimani, asante etc etc. shahadah, i dont think it would be wise to continue this discussion, i was trying to help you out and stop them from blocking you and look at your ridiculous accusations. how can u compare u and zaph to Owen Alik Shahadah, M.K. Asante, Jr and senior, and Maulana karenga and Kimani Nehusi? These people produce international work. This is the simplicity of jeolousy. attack your own and forget the man killing you. sickening .i cant believe you said i put his photo in the black people section--when did i do that? i think the work will speak for itself, who is not greater than what. did someone stop you from adding something? the worse attacks i have got are all from so-called blacks. even the wicked designs of Strotha are nothing compared to you guys--shame on you!---Halaqah 18:38, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

and go and bring one so-called original ref and send it to Gates for his professional whitened opinion. How the hell is gates? that man is hated across the African academic world, he is an authority on making Africa look like a joke, him an Appiah.--Halaqah 19:28, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
