Speedy deletion nomination of Olivier Peyon

Welcome to the English Wikipedia.
I am sorry that your article was prematurely tagged as no-content, but the way you made it caused some confusion. I guess that you were trying to use the French template fr:Modèle:Lien, but that template does not exist on the English Wikipedia, so what you did was to create a new template with the text of your article in it. I have moved the text to the actual article, and added an image and an inter-wiki link to :fr.
If you translated the text from the French article, you need to provide attribution to the users who contributed to that article. The best way to do that is to add the template {{Translated page}} to the article talk page. There is advice at Wikipedia:Translation.
