The text would not have been unavailable to any Wikipedia administrator.
It should not have been speedily deleted. That was improper. If the new one hadn't been created, I'd have restored it and challenged those who wanted it deleted to go through the usual AfD process. Now they're doing that. Michael Hardy 20:40, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
