To answer the question you have posed to another editor, the only way in which you can can attempt to get your article back is to go to WP:DRV and plead your case. As you have already conceded that you edited the article, which was a blatant advertisement, on behalf of a client, I think that your chance of sucess is minimal. There is no other recourse available to you. I would put it to you that there are many other channels within which you can advertise your winery.
