Rugby World Cup records edit

Hi Nzhighlander, just wanted to say your doing great work with those overall record articles. I just wanted to let you know I changed the titles of them to conform to standard naming conventions. Hope thats okay. Also, you should probably add {{rugbyunion-stub}} after you create otherwise someone may try and get it deleted. Anyway, keep up the good work, it would be great to have them all someday. Cheers. Cvene64 02:13, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:New articles (New Zealand) edit

Hi, I see you edit articles on NZ related people and topics. You might not be aware of the above page. A bunch of NZ people keep an eye on it and will often have a quick look (and sometimes even edit) pages as they are added there. I've added a few of your recent edits. - SimonLyall 10:15, 15 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bay of Plenty in the 2006 Air New Zealand Cup edit

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Bay of Plenty in the 2006 Air New Zealand Cup, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Murray Williams edit

The article Murray Williams has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. » Shadowowl | talk 20:10, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
