Hi Shelly - Thank you for your note on my page. I have worked with the paragraph in question a bit to hopefully help it better reflect the current situation according to sources. I am not sure why you were attempting to remove the whole paragraph? If you have further information on the result of the court case, that would be great. Because the article is considered a good article here on WP, any information added to it needs to be backed up by reliable sources. So if you could include your sources (journal/magazine articles, news stories, even blurbs from your association website) that would be great!
