Decline reason: Autoblock seems to be working as intended. Whoever made/used that account is using the same IP address as you and based on the fact that their username is an insulting form of the principal of the school whose page you just edited, there's definitely a connection. only (talk) 19:31, 17 July 2017 (UTC)
