Links to external site for L'Arche

Hello. You've added external links to this organisation's website on several disability-related pages. Unfortunately, this breaches Wikipedia's rules on spam: while it is arguably a worthy organisation, adding such links sets a precedent whereby others add their own sites, until the page turns into a link farm. If you think there are reasons why this particular groups differs from other similar organisations and deserves special mention in a particular article, please feel free to suggest it on that article's discussion page so that other users can help you to reach a consensus.
