Yoga things to do edit

Hi Nikiwiki242, welcome, and thanks for your kind offer. I think there are quite a few asanas that could do with a photograph. One is Parighasana (Gate Pose); Shalabhasana (Locust Pose) with the arms stretched back; Svastikasana (Auspicious Pose); Marichyasana standing, with one foot on a chair; Bharadvajasana, sitting on a chair. No doubt others also! All the best, Chiswick Chap (talk) 15:37, 10 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Great will get to it.(Nikiwiki242 (talk) 17:09, 2 June 2019 (UTC))Reply

@Chiswick Chap: I tried to upload a better version of salbahasana but I think I screwed it up please help me revert it I have been struggling. Looks like I made a duplicate of that old picture. It was not my intention to replace just to add another one. Is there a place I can upload pictures and you pace the where it is needed. I have a lot of high-quality asana pictures over 2000 Nikiwiki242 (talk) 17:13, 2 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Many thanks for your efforts. The place is
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard

and it steps you through. You can upload several files at once but for your first one I'd suggest trying just one image. The information it needs is a name for the image; the image itself; a description; that you created it; and a category, which will be (a spelling of) the name of the pose. We can always add more information later if need be.

You can request deletion of any image you created; on Commons, it's the bottom link on the left of the image page (the one with "Wikimedia Commons" at the top and a menu at the left); if it's on Wikipedia you need to ask for speedy deletion (CSD), the first button "U1: User request". Chiswick Chap (talk) 06:48, 3 June 2019 (UTC) --- But you won't have to, I think. I saw your new image of 'seal' posture; I've reverted to the Molly Bagot Stack 1931 version. All you need to do is to upload using the wizard which I hope you'll find easy enough! Good luck with it. Chiswick Chap (talk) 19:04, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Chiswick Chap: Thank you for the support, I will look at the vizard today. (Nikiwiki242 (talk) 05:42, 4 June 2019 (UTC))Reply
