Reply to your message on my talk page

You can write the content in a sandbox yourself, and that will be better so that the history shows you made the contribution. What you should do is, click on Help:Userspace draft and fill in the title. That will make a draft page where you can write the article, with a link to send it, when it is ready, to WP:Articles for creation, where an experienced user will look at it and either accept it or give you feedback.

First, though, read WP:Your first article, and note in particular that if the article is to be accepted you will need to provide references that show "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" to establish Wikipedia:Notability.
