NT4M, you know (I hope) that I like you as a person. But I'm simply baffled by your decision to, with the consensus at AN slightly trending in your direction, resort to blatant personal attacks againt someone who had only !voted weak oppose—at a time when, given the topic at hand, your previous warning for personal attacks, when unblocked, was hopefully fresh in your mind. You have now gone against all three parts of your unblock conditions/warnings, and I've lost any faith that you are going to abide by them going forward, so I have made this an indefinite block. But, as noted in my block summary, if some admin disagrees and thinks that a tempblock could have a sufficient deterrent effect here, I have no objection to them downgrading.

I had really hoped that we could make this work, because I appreciate your contributions to the encyclopedia, and, again, think you're a generally nice person. But serial personal attacks cannot stand, and I feel my hands are tied here.

Given your response to my previous tempblock, I will say in advance that I do not intend to reply here unless asked to by a neutral third party.

I truly understand that the block was rational. Knowingly or unknowingly I made a personal attack here which is really a shame. I was frustrated with the minimal participation in the consensus and I wrote something at the WP:AN which I shouldn't have as it was really disruptive, annoying, and led to this block. I also admit that I have hurt some users on Wiki. But I want to stay here. Let me stay here with topic bans like a no-entry at any pages that start with Wikipedia: and interacting with others through their talk pages. Such bans would be a preventive measure to restrict me from further misconduct. I'm unwilling to unblock you with a restriction that reduces communication with others; communication is required. You need to figure out how to do that. The straw the broke the camel's back here was unsubstantiated allegations of sock puppetry. Can you see how that would be interpreted as a personal attack? 0xDeadbeef This is a crucial block, which rarely has some chance of lifting up. Unless any uninvolved admin considers (as mentioned in the block log), this block would never get lifted. Request reason:

I, in the belief of block reason, want it to be said that the block was necessary but not necessary as "indef". Given in the well-being of mind, that this was not meant for any personal attacks. I had a belief that there were multiple users involved as the IP 192.76.8.74's talk page clearly states that "192.76.8.74, is registered to the University of Oxford and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution". I was surprised that the history of the IP user talk page carried lots of disrupts and suddenly jumped into my appeal's consensus. As stated by the Wiki itself, it raised confusion in my mind about socks or meat, where I might be wrong about shared IP users.

Regarding communication being required, I am aware of this concern raised, which hurt me for the last 7 months as I was creating articles 'vetted by AFC' and was doing only citations to unreferenced. I believe in a simple language to use creating articles that could be readable and understandable by all users of this world as Wiki is aimed for worldwide usage. Further, I shall declare that I have never abused, violated 3RR, disrupted any article, or tried to damage Wiki.
Lastly, I must clarify that I'm well educated and able to communicate with any form of English literature, though I prefer simple language methods for better understanding. In my intuition, if competence was an issue, then the AFC reviewer and patrollers would have issues accepting, reviewing, and patrolling my created articles. But no such issue was spotted in my editing restriction "vetted by AFC" and all of my drafts were accepted.

I do learn from my mistakes (which Wiki says violation). I claim that learning is no mistake. Hence, I appeal to consider the ban beyond "indef".

Hence, I appeal to lift up the ban considering my contributions, and also as per the blocking admin's remark.

I'm sorry, but your comments below make me think that unblocking you is not a good idea at this time. Communication has repeatedly been an issue – to be quite honest, I have great difficulty parsing some of your posts in the conversation below – and the fact that people reply to your posts is not evidence to the contrary. It is troubling to me that you seem to brush these concerns aside. • Comment you're not going to be granted a Right to Vanish as that's only for users in good standing, which you are not by virtue of being blocked. Putting our disagreements aside, have you considered simple.wikipedia.org? It looks like it might be what you're looking for, and a block here does not preclude editing there. • You asked Or that @Deepfriedokra told you you were welcome to appeal at ANI, yet you apologized for doing so. If you were happy creating articles with the "vetted by AFC" restriction then why did you appeal the restriction..
• My answer: In my appeal at WP:AN (not WP:ANI as you are repeating again and again), I had clearly requested to lift up "vetted by AfC" on WP:GEO and WP:NPOL only. But, without reading my request/appeal, or ignoring, the shared IP and you have landed with Oppose. Had I claimed to lift up "vetted by AfC" for all articles on that appeal? No.
• Per your statement, "I do not mean to be harsh, and I realize you're struggling with many factors, but your communication style is unclear, and I don't think you misunderstand what editors are telling you.
