Hi -- we've interacted a couple of times, at FAC, I think, but I don't think we've ever worked on the same article. However, I recall some of your work, and thought you might be interested in Wade's Causeway, which a fairly new editor has done a lot of work on. They asked me for a review, and I'd like to oblige, but am very busy; I suspect you're much better informed than I am in this area anyway. If you have time you might like to take a look. I'm going to try to look at it but am too busy in real life to be able to commit; I hate to leave a hard-working new editor unsupported so thought I'd ask you.
I also seem to recall that someone did some work on an article on an dyke in the north of England somewhere, but I can't find that now. I was going to see who worked on that and ask them if they'd like to take a look at this too -- do you recall any such article?

- That's the one; thanks. For some reason I remembered Parrot of Doom's name, but didn't spot it in his contributions. Anyway, that's it, and I see the lead contributors were you and Nev1 -- would you like to take a look at Wade's Causeway? - I quickly read over the lead and it looks like an interesting piece, certainly more so than Nico Ditch. 6000 years is a little older than the subjects I usually deal with, but I should be able to take a closer look on Tuesday. And should Eric be inclined to take a look you can be sure it will be anything but "worthless". Nev1 (talk)

Llechryd Bridge, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire
According to British Listed Buildings this is Grade II* listed (CADW 9895) for Pembrokeshire but is not in the list at Grade II* listed buildings in Pembrokeshire. Am I missing a trick or is the Pembrokeshire list missing an entry? Plucas58 (talk) 14:38, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Plucas58. Sorry for the delay, I've been taking it easy over the holidays. Llechryd Bridge is in Grade II* listed buildings in Ceredigion (even has the same ID number). Quite why it's there while British Listed Buildings has it in Pembrokeshire, I'm not entirely sure. Looking at the article on Llechryd it looks to be near enough on the border between Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion so it may be there was a minor boundary change at some point; the article currently says it's part of Ceredigion. Of course, it may be one end of the bridge is in Pembrokeshire and the other in Ceredigion. Perhaps it's worth copying across just in case? Nev1 (talk) 23:48, 6 January 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Nev. The latter is the case. One leg in each county - so I will duplicate. The situation was not helped by the OS reference on the Llechryd article being totally wrong, placing the village several miles downriver in the middle of Cardigan.
