Speedy deletion nomination of Parents Centres New Zealand Inc

A tag has been placed on Parents Centres New Zealand Inc, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. A gentle explanation

Hello, Am I correct that you are either an employee(s)/volunteer helper(s) of the NZ Parents Centre? While I am sure that your intentions were good, I would urge you to first read up on Wikipedia's core policies: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. As such it documents topics in a neutral, verifiable manner. Not all subjects are suitable for inclusion, and the primary criterion for inclusion of a topic is that multiple independent reliable sources have written about the topic in a non-trivial fashion. For example, a feature article in a major urban newspaper or a nationally-published magazine. Conflicts of Interest are best avoided, as they make neutrality difficult.

Parents Centre is quite likely to be notable, but your efforts to create the article have been a little flawed (It is unfortunate that the deleting administrator in May did not have time to respond to your question on his/her talk page).

• The current article has no context. It should start with a simple statement of what NZPC is (but that is not the same thing as a mission statement).
• Reproducing large chunks of text from the subject's website is not outlawed per se, but it is problematic. There are bots which will detect it as a copyright violation unless content owner (NZPC National executive) goes through the process of sending a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation releasing the rights to that content under one of the acceptable Wikipedia licesnses (which allow unlimited, even comemrcial) re-use. It is also likely to be percieved as being promotional language and hence non-neutral.
• Behaviour such as recreation of deleted content (without first obtaining a consensus) could possibly result in your account being blocked.
• The Conflict of Interest implied by your username will tend to make anyone reviewing the article more prejudicial.

So, where to? It would be best if an article were written by someone independent. I don't mind helping with that, but it willb e a relatively short article. However, if my assumption is correct, you are well placed to provide me with references. Likely sources such as parenting magazines are seldom republished online and back copies tend not to be held or cataloged by libraries (other than the National Library) - which makes tracking them down well-nigh impossible for an outsider.
