WROC_TV edit

Hi you messaged me saying the infor I inputted for WROC-TV was not nessary. HOWEVER how come with another local TV station WHEC-TV someone put in.... "In December 2012, WHEC-TV introduced a new graphics package based upon the one currently used by NBC's owned and operated stations. On March 28, 2013, reporter Joangel Concepcion tweeted "Great news! News10NBC got the green light to go HD & widescreen!!" on her official Twitter account.[18] However, WHEC-TV has not formally announced any specific details about this. Since 2013, WHEC-TV has been broadcasting its newscasts in 16:9 widescreen, but not in full HD."

If what I put in was not necessary then tell me why you never removed this..... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jh899 (talkcontribs) 02:41, 1 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

It's the way you worded your edit. It doesn't have an encyclopedic style. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 03:04, 1 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

TBN, Daystar and Ion terrestrial rebroadcasting edit

The TBN, Daystar and Ion stations have a few local programs because they are required by law/regulation. The three stations would faithfully re-transmit the satellite feed in the absence of law/regulation. SirChan (talk) 05:36, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

WTNH edit

I have reverted your edit [[1]] because the citation you provided linked to a search page that does not reference WTNH cable coverage during the 1970s & 1980s. BlueboyLI (talk) 05:59, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

WGTW and WMGM edit

I reviewed that PDF agreement on the FCC.gov website for WGTW and NO where does it mention WMGM-TV. Additionally, on the WMGM-TV page you have not provided and proof in the form of a reference which substantiates your claim. Unless you can show something that specifically says WMGM-TV, please DO NOT revert or change the page. If you do you could be subject to sanctions including having your editing ability temporarily blocked. Thank you for your cooperation.YborCityJohn (talk) 01:27, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I have added two valid references to both articles.

LPN-Trinity Amendment No. 1 and Channel and Facilities Sharing Agreement (flip to page 5 and it clearly mentions WMGM and WGTW.) Amendment No. 1 to WMGM-WGTW CSA (executed 9-13-2017) Mvcg66b3r (talk) 01:46, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Here's the thing, that agreement was written in September but since then LocusPoint has signed an agreement to sell the station to Univision Communications so I don't know if Univision will be obligated to honor that contract. YborCityJohn (talk) 02:18, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
So what will WGTW do if WMGM doesn't honor the contract? Mvcg66b3r (talk) 02:21, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

WFTY,WFUT,WXTV edit

Your recent editing history at WFUT-DT,WFTY-DT and WXTV-DT shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedlyBlueboyLI (talk) 01:48, 25 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

ANI Experiences survey edit

Beginning on November 28, 2017, the Wikimedia Foundation Community health initiative (Safety and Support and Anti-Harassment Tools team) will be conducting a survey to en.wikipedia contributors on their experience and satisfaction level with the Administrator’s Noticeboard/Incidents. This survey will be integral to gathering information about how this noticeboard works - which problems it deals with well, and which problems it struggles with.

The survey should take 10-20 minutes to answer, and your individual responses will not be made public. The survey is delivered through Google Forms. The privacy policy for the survey describes how and when Wikimedia collects, uses, and shares the information we receive from survey participants and can be found here:

If you would like to take this survey, please sign up on this page, and a link for the survey will be mailed to you via Special:Emailuser.
