Wikipedia has no way of knowing whose name your ISP account is under. If the ISP address is blocked, then anyone editing from it will be blocked - it doesn't matter whose name is on it or whether the user lives there or is a guest. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 23:14, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
