- Don't take the affair too seriously. The admins declining your unblock were simply doing their job and missed your great contribs. Please forgive them, and do what you were doing before. - Please accept mine, too. The problem is that we have, for a long time, had a persistent vandal who attacks Wikipedia and creates accounts with names based on "Willy on Wheels". This has been going on for literally years and there's been hundreds of attacks. The vandal is quickly blocked but also generally requests an unblock, falsely claiming not to understand what the problem is.
