Speedy deletion nomination of Poonam Jha

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Poonam Jha requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. AllyD (talk) 06:50, 9 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Budhdhu Bhutum

B Bhutum article creation.

edit

Hello. Because you keep recreating a similar page that is repeatedly deleted I want to be sure you know the reasons.

This film has not yet been released. Therefore and article at this time is considered blatant advertising and it cannot meet WP:GNG or WP:NFILM. Also, Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. An article would be appropriate after the film is released and it can meet the notability guidelines for a film. I'll be happy to explain further but please do refrain from creating further articles on this subject. If you would like to dispute my actions please visit WP:ANI. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TheCrazedBeast (talkcontribs) 01:36, 11 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Films which have NOT released are accepted by Wikipedia and here is one proof: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaabil among MANY others in Hollywood too. The article has all references and authentic information, please raise this point to your Admins and editors - to remove be the warning for deletion! If you are unhappy with the English language used in the article , feel free to edit the grammar in encyclopedia format! Please review and do the needful!

Just because other similar articles might exist does not necessary mean that a particular article should also exist. However, while you are correct that a separate article for a film that has not yet been released may be accepted, they must meet certain strict criteria. You have not provided, and I am unable to locate, any source that this film meets the criteria here: WP:NFF. It has begun principle photography, but I can find nothing notable about the film or it's production. I do not believe that the film is notable per the guidelines here WP:GNG and here WP:NFILM. For this reason I choose not to remove the deletion request. If you disagree then please involve an administrator by visiting WP:ANI TheCrazedBeast (talk) 02:22, 11 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:YashDasguptaPhoto.jpg

edit

The file File:YashDasguptaPhoto.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Comes from a Tweet on Twitter, no evidence of being CC-BY-SA 4.0

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —MRD2014 02:19, 20 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
