Clark Baldwin moved to draftspace

This needs to be rewritten in an encyclopedic tone and notability needs to be established with WP:RS. Not local stories and theories. It also needs to abide by WP:BLP and as he has not been convicted it also borders on a BLP violation. Attempting to "connect" the dots is WP:SYNTH unless reliable sources are also stating this. More importantly, using Wikipedia's voice to insinuate someone is a "murderer" or serial killer when there is no conviction is definitely a WP:BLPVIO. Praxidicae (talk) 15:20, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
