Dollhouse template seems to be redundant with Template:Dollhouse; if you are looking to improve Template:Dollhouse it would be better to do your work by editing that page. If you want to have two separate templates, you should move the Dollhouse template page to something like Template:Dollhouse 2 so that people and the bots that maintain Wikipedia wont mistake it for an article. (You can use the [move] tab at the top of the page). Soap 22:30, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

I see now that it was probably a mistake and have deleted it. Soap 22:47, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Dr horrible edit

Hi there! I just thought I'd leave a note to ask whether or not this article (which consists only of a navbox) is an attempt to create a template, or is the beginnings of a draft article. If this is supposed to be a navbox, let me know on my talkpage, and I'll move it into the template namespace for you.  -- Lear's Fool sock 09:47, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

I have moved the page to Template:Dr Horrible. Please let me know if this is a problem.  -- Lear's Fool sock 09:56, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Buffy the vampire slayer season eight template edit

I have moved the template into your user space as User:Morda898/Buffy the vampire slayer season eight template (feel free to move it into template space); I have also noticed that you have also created a different template at Template:Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 10:51, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your edits edit

I very much appreciate your contributions to Buffy/Angel related articles, but could you please improve some of your editing habits, as I can't help myself but fix anything that's incorrect on those pages. I've noticed you created individual pages for the Angel seasons, first of, really great job, I'll definitely be contributing/improving those pages. Just take a look at my edit here to see what I did. I'm fixing the wikilinks, for example, if you're linking to an article that has the same name that what's been seen, you don't need to put Article name, just plainly Article name. Anyway, just look at some of the edits I made to that page, and hopefully you'll use that new knowledge in your further edits. Good luck! Drovethrughosts (talk) 16:26, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Some more friendly advice for you:

 • Italicize show names by adding and around the text (those are two single quotes, by the way).
 • Put episode titles in quotation marks.
 • You seem to capitalize unnecessary words. Take at a look at my edit here.
 • Watch your spelling, your Internet browser should have a built-in spell checker.
 • Check your wikilinks after making an edit, make sure they link to the correct page and aren't a unnecessary redirect, such as putting Lonely Hearts when Lonely Hearts (Angel) is the article name, "episode" is not included in any Angel episode article name with the exceptions of "Darla" and "Sanctuary".
 • Don't put dates as August 9th, 2010; omit the "th" (and "rd"). Drovethrughosts (talk) 21:19, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Plot summaries edit

Hey, I applaud you for your great summaries, but they definitely need to be cut down. I suggest taking a look at Wikipedia:How to write a plot summary, and you should get a grasp of what should be cut out. Drovethrughosts (talk) 15:46, 12 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

On a side note, if you like writing plot summaries the individual episode summaries in the list would be a great place to contribute. They are seriously lacking and are written like one line teasers. The guidelines say that each episode summary in the episode list should be 100–200 words with a maximum of 350 words. Xeworlebi (talk) 14:42, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I could help you out there. I'm a big fan of all of Joss Whedon's TV shows and quite a few others so I could probably get a fair bit done. (Morda898)

I really appreciate your efforts, but the summary for Angel season 4 is way too long. That may be good for a fansite or something, but plot summaries on Wikipedia have to be concise, they're not meant to act a replacement for the actual show or act as a recap, they should only cover the basic plot points. Hopefully you can cut down, by like 1000 words. Drovethrughosts (talk) 22:21, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification edit

Hi. When you recently edited Joss Whedon, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Harvest (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:The Sopranos episodes edit

A tag has been placed on Template:The Sopranos episodes requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is an unused duplicate of another template, or a hard-coded instance of another template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is not actually the same as the other template noted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page explaining how this one is different so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>substituted</noinclude>).

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page, where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
