Did the reference issue you had here get resolved? I changed the date format for some of the sources. There are a few formats for dates that can be ambiguous. Something like 3/4/08 could be March 4th or April 3rd, so the reference template expects dates in a regular format: Day Month Year (01 March 2012). Thankfully, you can avoid doing this by hand with the citation helper when you edit. If you write a citation from in there, you can set the accessdate with a date picker.
