It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

The candidate of Rwanda as referenced compete in Miss Universe 2014 [1] and while there is no other reference that discredits this, their participation will be reflected in the article. Regarding the Ivory Coast, also will participate; according to the official website of the contest, Jennifer Yéo compete in both Miss World and Miss Universe [2].
