Please help me with... I don't have anything to edit, but do have a public domain image from the Joe Testagrose Collection. It is ideal for this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watts_Station I just pinged him for a confirmation. He posts every day.Mikeph1 (talk) 23:27, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

- Hi Mike. Would you mind linking to the image you wish to upload? If it meets the copyright requirements, I could upload it for you. And yes, the owner of the picture would need to release it under a compatible license in order to be uploaded (the compatible licenses are linked earlier in my comment). - If it's a free image we would prefer if you upload at commons - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page - your user name and password should work, and no minimum requirements. Commons images are used just like a local image. Ronhjones (Talk) 01:01, 28 January 2015 (UTC)
