Thanks for your enquiry and apologies for the delay in coming back to you. Mike Hagen is my nom de plume and so I can personally vouch for the accuracy of the claim here regarding my Republicanism sympathies and allegiances.

Hi Mark/Mike - received and answered on my page
If you want to attract an editor's attention to a post, a simple notification is to copy their signature link (in my case copy [[User:Arjayay|Arjayay]] which will appear as Arjayay in your post) and sign your post with 4 tildes (~~~~) the notification and your signature must both be added in the same edit.
On an (irrelevant) personal note, I lived in Mells in the 1970's - best wishes - Arjayay (talk)
