Welcome! edit

Hello, Michiganman89, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to take the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Again, welcome! --B (talk) 19:51, 8 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Two quick notes edit

I have two quick notes for you about our policies and procedures:

  1. Please do not add images being used under a claim of fair use to your user page. They are permitted only in article space.
  2. Please do not perform a page move by copying and pasting the article as this orphans the article text from its history. If there is a contentious article move you would like to do (and basically anything having to do with the Middle East is going to be contentious), you should see WP:RM for instructions on the process.

Thank you and welcome to Wikipedia. --B (talk) 19:51, 8 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Michiganman89, you are invited to the Teahouse! edit

Hi Michiganman89! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Be our guest at the Teahouse! The Teahouse is a friendly space where new editors can ask questions about contributing to Wikipedia and get help from peers and experienced editors. I hope to see you there! Dathus (I'm a Teahouse host)
