Correct tense and ellipsis edit

Hi. Just here to give a friendly reminder that depending on the events you're outlining the correct tense needs to be used; for game reviews, this means writing in the past tense, not present. Use of past tense does not automatically mean that the reviewer's opinions have changed since, but (per the Manual of Style) it is "appropriate for the time period in which the event occurred". As an example, use of phrases such as "He feels/writes that" should be "He felt/wrote that". As an additional note, square brackets are more appropriate for surrounding ellipsis than curved brackets are, per MOS:ELLIPSIS. Thanks. Wikibenboy94 (talk) 13:13, 17 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
