That's actually one of the simplest things about Wikipedia, finding people can be anywhere: You can go to the "history" option of a page or go here to see the latest activity on Wikipedia and what is currently being edited. You can send users a message by clicking on a user's "Discussion" or "talk" button. When talking on a user or article talk page, sign your comments with ~~~~ (four tildes) and this will automatically show your username when logged in (in example:Mayfrancis). It's important to sign your comments as this will show which user said a comment. I hope this answers your question and if you have other questions, please ask.
