Hi that's fine, I think I've included all the relevant information again - some of it was just condensed or re-ordered, rather than deleted. I've included everything that is confirmable, I think, but if you could provide another citation, that would be great. Also, I don't suppose you have a date and place of birth do you? Thanks.
