Inquiry for the proper topic

Thank you for you time and efforts for Wikipedia. I truly respect your support of our global community. Please answer my 3 inquiries when you are convenient.
First of all, I don't have holistic view of Wikipedia, so my inquiry might be quite silly to you, but please understand that I am learning Wikipedia continuously.
1) If the topic below consider the policy on content forks what kind of subject can be made? Peace Treaty with North Korea

2)The inquiry ofWP:CRYSTALBALL, Korean reunification is acceptable for Wikipedia users, As the topic #1 above, it is discovered existence of signed Initial Peace Treaty between U.S. and North Korea via Agreed Framework, can it be considered WP:CRYSTALBALL be removed  ?

3) Regarding the changing name of the topic with some feedback of other users, Could you please let me know your opinion whether one of these be suit to Wikipedia?

  • Options of U.S. to North Korea crisis
  • Diplomacy of U.S. to North Korea nuclear issue
  • Options of U.S. to North Korea missile tests

I believe that it would be hugely favorable for us to have one of the topics above on Wikipedia. There are several topics about North Korea missile tests & crisis on Wikipedia, but as far as I know, there is no space for the summarized advice or opinions from the global experts on this topic.

  • Only for within the latest 24 hours, It is easy to find more than 50 reliable news and opinion articles about North Korea crisis, but it is difficult to see it all.

As Wikipedia is one of the primary live Global Encyclopedia on Internet, it would be advantageous to have room for subject above on Wikipedia,

  • Please refer to the three example subject of last 24 hours below. "North Korea is able to exact nuclear annihilation". iol.co.za. Retrieved 2017-09-11. "The world's dilemma: Why North Korea will become a nuclear power despite pressure". scmp.com/. Retrieved 2017-09-11. "North Korea warns US will pay due price for spearheading UN sanctions". smh.com.au/. Retrieved 2017-09-11.

(Please note, these inquiry contains some of my AfD comment on the article.) Goodtiming8871 (talk) 05:47, 11 September 2017 (UTC)

Hi Goodtiming8871. I will try to answer your questions:
  1. A content fork is splitting a long article into smaller sub-articles. Examples of appropriate sub-articles are given here. The sub-articles must be written from a neutral point of view and their subjects must also have received significant coverage from independent sources.
  2. Yes, if the Peace Treaty with North Korea article was written more about previous attempts at a peace treaty and less about future problems and challenges then most people would not view WP:CRYSTAL as a problem.
  3. Is there a reason that these topics should not go in 2017 North Korea crisis#Reactions? I agree that the US response to North Korea's missile tests are receiving significant coverage in the media, but why not just include these in the main article?
Hopefully these have given you things to think about. Thanks for editing on Wikipedia--we appreciate your efforts! Malinaccier (talk) 14:48, 11 September 2017 (UTC)

Dear Malinaccier, Thank you for your wise guide for my inquiry. I can understand and agree with your point, and it is reasonable and the best position at the current global circumstance, From my understanding it comes from your more than ten years invaluable experience on Wikipedia. (I think I should pay for your precious advice ) ...As I am still novice user on Wikipedia, and don't have a comprehensive view, Please let me know your opinion for the examples of the proposed actions below.

Option 2 sounds good to me, since the current article needs some editing for style. It currently has too much original analysis, but with a little bit of work would go well in 2017 North Korea crisis#Reactions as you pointed out. Malinaccier (talk) 15:50, 12 September 2017 (UTC)

Dear Malinaccier, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the topic Peace_Treaty_with_North_Korea, before particular event happen, can it redirect to subject of the item to 2017 North Korea crisis#Reactions?

From my understanding, the deletion of the subject means: it does not restrict the redirect it to other related Wikipedia article as an interim solution, and this topic can be restored on Wikipedia if there is another official suggestion on peace treaty between USA(or U.N) and North Korea, As one of the people who wants to see the diplomatic solution, I believe that it is beneficial to have a space of the summarized the article of all options about North Korea issues. Goodtiming8871 (talk) 01:00, 18 September 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I do think a redirect would be appropriate. Let me just make sure that the closing administrator @Ritchie333: agrees. As for recreating the article: based on the Articles for Deletion discussion, if there was an official peace treaty suggestion then it could be recreated (so long as the tone was improved as well!), but there would need to be zero speculation about this treaty. Malinaccier (talk) 13:11, 18 September 2017 (UTC)
You can make a redirect provided it does not meet the criteria to raise a deletion discussion, which it probably won't. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 13:27, 18 September 2017 (UTC)
Dear User:Malinaccier, User:Ritchie333,

Thank you for your prompt response, I would redirect the topic to the relevant current Wikipedia topic. => 2017 North Korea crisis#Reactions
Regarding the previous article "Peace treaty with North Korea", Can you please move it to the draft: space? (until there is an official peace treaty suggestion in the future)
I would like to place some of the useful articles to Wikipedia article (example: add the chart on the subject of Agreed Framework ) for the benefit of Wikipedia public. Goodtiming8871 (talk) 01:23, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

@Goodtiming8871: Please see Draft:Peace treaty with North Korea :). Malinaccier (talk) 13:25, 19 September 2017 (UTC)
