Possible featured picture edit

Well, to be honest, I think its a good picture, but probably not good enough to pass on featured pictures. The water is a bit overexposed and it doesn't really 'grab' you. That said, its just my opinion - you could always nominate it and see. Diliff | (Talk) (Contribs) 17:19, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Unblock edit

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Read Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Moved_from_WP:AIV It has already been concluded that I would not be banned. Please investigate before making hasty bans. Also see this petition. Also note that my edits attempting to defend myself have been censored, here, indicating that the people involved in my banning are trying to cover up any evidence I put forth against them. In addition, the page in which I tried to request intervention from mediators, Wikipedia:AMA Requests for Assistance/Requests/December 2006/Made of people, has been deleted, furthermore indicating the plot in which these people and attempting to revert my edits and my pleas for reason. Also, the accounts that Netscott claims that Drini and Yamla banned were not even mine, so I have no idea where these accusations are coming from. He is probably trying to lump together a vandal with a history of vandalizing with me so that his case looks stronger, but is completely based upon false evidence. I ask that reason be applied here, and these two individuals warned and me to be unbanned.

Decline reason:

Consensus at the link you give is that you have exhausted community patience and should not be unblocked. I am unaware as to who I have previously blocked here (as patroller of around 6000 pages, I block a lot of people) but it appears that I have not blocked this account. In any case, you admitted to being a sockpuppet of a banned user. As such, you are not welcome on the Wikipedia. -- Yamla 04:11, 20 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Potential second chance edit

I am doing as best as I can to get you unblocked and give you a second and final chance. I'm sorry, I can't unblock you (due to risks of wheel-warring, which will only worsen your situation), and I strong urge you from creating more sockpuppets. --210physicq (c) 04:28, 20 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

An RfC that you may be interested in... edit

As one of the previous contributors to {{Infobox film}} or as one of the commenters on it's talk page, I would like to inform you that there has been a RfC started on the talk page as to implementation of previously deprecated parameters. Your comments and thoughts on the matter would be welcomed. Happy editing!
