Just curious

Just noticed this: "Even Valenciano found the use of polity odd and reverted it." from this edit. The adverb "even" implies surprise. Unlike many people editing these articles I've had no run ins with Gob as yet, but neither am I gazing into Gob's eyes over a pint of the black stuff every weekend. Just curious where the even comes in ;) Valenciano (talk) 07:01, 4 March 2016 (UTC)

It wasn't used for surprised, more to do with I regard you as an unbiased neutral in regards to the Ireland WikiProject, and pointing out your reverting of the edit was to drive home the point to Gob that editors of various different views and backgrounds question his use of the word or find it odd. Haha, ok. Was just curious. He's heading for a topic ban if he's not careful. Valenciano (talk) 22:24, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
He's lucky as it is to have avoided getting ages ago. Mabuska (talk) 22:53, 6 March 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for March 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lynch (surname), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Irish. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Flags

You know me long enough at this stage Mabuska to know the way I edit. I have no objections to NI, and I probably clash more on here with the nationalists than the unionists. Al the evidence and sourcing is coming from the no flag perspective at the moment. As for sports the yellow flag gets a look-in too and opens a kettle of problems when discussing flags. On provinces we do agree, and so did this discussion way too much emphasis still on them. Murry1975 (talk) 15:17, 17 April 2016 (UTC)

I know how you edit lol, my post was about a community in general not a specific editor :-) The yellow flag probably got a shout in there considering rugby in Ireland has provincial teams. Mabuska (talk) 17:48, 17 April 2016 (UTC)
