Username policy

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "MSLF Project", may not comply with our username policy. Request reason:

This is a genuine attempt to create a record for a notable Sierra Leonean writer and tv host who, because of the lack of digital footprint for notable Sierra Leoneans in the media, has not had a wiki page. While this is the starting point, I intend to create more pages for and about notable Sierra Leoneans. I have not been commissioned to make this submission or any of the subsequent submissions that I will make. My goal is to give access and recognition to notable Sierra Leoneans. If it read like an ad, it is because I read other wiki entries and was trying to use what I believe was the format others had.
