@T.davina: You've improved the article without a doubt, but I don't see why you removed so many references. Generally, you should be adding more citations rather than less to resolve the concern.

@MJL: Thanks for the reply, yes i need help. i removed the citations because one of the respected senior user:"Huon" advice me on my talk page, to remove those six references because all of those references were not look 3rd party sources. that's why i removed all those references and added only 3rd party sources (according to Wikipedia policies). @Aquariusveritas: There are just some minor issues that needed to be fixed. The draft I moved had a few unsourced claims like From that point onward, "Stephanie Baxter" was billed as "Stephanie Dabney". and ...[In 1975, she joined the company as an apprentice under the name Stephanie Baxter.
Besides that when you had moved your draft into mainspace, you caused formatting issues that would have been fixed if you let a reviewer see the progress you had made on the article. –MJL ‐Talk‐^☖ 00:42, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

I've added a couple of sources and citations for pretty much every claim in the article. At this stage, I think it's reasonable to move the article to mainspace. Yeah, we need to do that. I've copied the changes I made in the Draft article to the mainspace but I now realize that this breaks attribution and ideally we don't want that. The clean way to do it is to delete Stephanie Dabney and then move Draft:Stephanie Dabney to Stephanie Dabney... Pichpich (talk) 00:55, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

I read and re-read every single source that I have list while researching this subject. This article meets the burden of notability with verifiable sources by a large measure. If you find something that is not verified, please list it and place a "needs citation" notice next to it, which is what I have found is the custom for editing on Wikipedia. Or even look for the source yourself or remove the information that you find unverified.

User:PichPich Thank you for your assistance on this matter. I appreciate all of the work that everyone has put into these subjects. I feel lately that incorrect claims of plagiarism or lacking verifiable sources have been made against my work. I have just returned to editing Wikipedia after suffering a massive concussion and I work very hard to make sure that everything I write is backed up with massive research. I do not feel that the claims of plagiarism or lacking verifiable sources are given the same attention that my work has been given. Whatever my personal issues, thank you and all other editors who have worked on this for the help.

@Aquariusveritas and Pichpich: My apologies to you both. I only meant the move to draftspace to be temporary. I have two other drafts waiting in limbo right now in a similar situation. The difference here was that I forgot to uncheck the box that says "notify submitter." Aquariusveritas, your article was fine. I just wanted to make some tweaks is all. No one thinks you did a bad job. I'm incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and distress I have caused you. I hope you'll forgive my mistake in this regard.

@Aquariusveritas: Basically, you had a number of issues with that article. What I did was run the article through toollabs:copyvios. Pretty much, if it says there is a copyright issue, someone will flag the article for deletion or investigation. In your case, someone flagged it for deletion, but then someone else flagged it for investigation. I looked into the matter and saw that major parts of the article were duplicated from other websites [sometimes that's okay, in the case of keywiki (if properly attributed); but other times not so much]. I rewrote the parts that were duplicates, so now there is no more copyright issues. The old versions that contained copyright issues will be deleted, though. In the future, try running your article through that tool to see if it displays any errors. It'll prevent this situation in the future. Cheers! –MJL ‐Talk‐^☖ 02:26, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for your help on this. I'm curious about the portions of the article that were flagged for copyright infringement. I am asking about this to understand how to deal with this in the future. When I looked at the Copyvio Detector report these are the parts of the article that were flagged:

These copyright infringement notices are for listing the subjects accolades and published works, which are listed to meet the thresh hold of the subject's notability. But how can one list a subject's accomplishments that have been listed elsewhere without having a copyright notice slapped on a Wikipedia article?

I ask this because these listings are what constituted the "offending material" and if I write an article about an author in the future I worry that I will run into the same problem. Can you please advise me on this? Or am I incorrect in my understanding of what triggered the copyright notice? I also want to make clear that I did not plagiarize any material. As with the every article that I have written or rewritten, I committed hours of research on the subject and take great care with my writing.

Aquariusveritas, (talk page stalker), reviewing the offending revision, I would have let it pass as an unavoidable phrasing. In general, it looks like the problem was not changing the words preceding award names. However, this likely happened organically. I definitely wouldn't have G12'd it. Thank you for telling me about this, Studiesworld. I have only recently become aware of how egregious the use of long quotes is in Wikipedia articles. I learned to write articles by studying other articles about famous entrants and have seen the use of extensive quotes on pages of highly visible figures from President Barack Obama to Madonna to Dr. Dre to Martin Luther King. I will not speak to this as "fair or unfair" because it is irrelevant. What alarms me is that rather than addressing this and making it a teachable moment or even fixing the offending material, an editor flagged it in one appears to me a highly aggressive moment. What matters to me now is that you all have taught me that quoting material is unacceptable on Wikipedia and for that I will never stop feeling thankful.
