Taiwan airline destinations edit

Please refrain from changing the China, Republic of/Taiwan heading in the destination lists. The format was agreed upon some time ago. If you disagree with it, bring it up in a talk page. Furthermore, the convention in Wikipedia is to use common names, not necessarily the official name, so in the case of Taipei's airport, Chiang Kai-Shek has been used. So, changing the links in the destination lists simply creates a redirect to the actual article. If you believe the article should be moved, bring that up in a talk page as well. Source for Taiwan population statistics edit

Hello Lzhhilly, I saw you are updating the statistics on some Taiwan-related articles. None of the articles have a source listed, so if you have one that would help the articles out greatly. If you have sources, let me know and I can help you put the references into the articles, or I can show you how to list them. Thanks! Cmprince 20:28, 16 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

All of my update were based on List of Taiwanese counties and cities by population and List of Taiwanese counties and cities by population density, translated from Mandarin Wikipedia. The data source is Ministry of Interior of Repubic of China. If you could read traditional Chinese, you can surf and consult it. If you would like to add reference to Taiwan-related articles, I will thank to you very much, because my main contribution is in Mandarin Wikipedia and spend much of my time.--Lzhhilly 03:10, 17 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hello edit

The Taiwanese military history task force has recently been created. Please join the project if you are interested. Thanks.--Jerry 16:41, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
