Speedy deletion nomination of Lotaketchup Talk Page edit

A tag has been placed on Lotaketchup Talk Page, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Lotaketchup Talk Page edit

Hi. I think you've got the wrong idea about Wikipedia. What it is: a serious project to create an encyclopedia. What it isn't (among other things): a social-networking site where anyone can post about themselves and hang out with their friends. If that's what you are after, try Facebook or Myspace. If you are interested in making useful contributions here, read the Introduction, the Five Pillars, and the guide to creating Your First Article. Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:54, 15 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

December 2009 edit

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to User talk:JohnCD, you will be blocked from editing. Favonian (talk) 11:57, 15 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • If you don't like your stuff being deleted, then either read the advice in the links higher up this page to find what Wikipedia is all about and what kind of contributions are useful, or go to a site like Myspace where you can post whatever you like.
