File source problem with File:LRscreenshot2.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:LRscreenshot2.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:02, 17 February 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey (talk) 22:02, 17 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Regarding the images you've uploaded edit

Regarding your previous comment made here, if you claim that you have permission from the copyright holder to upload these files here and under a free license, then we need verification of this consent. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information about this. Basically, what the copyright holder needs to do is to contact permissions-en@wikimedia.org and, using a form letter such as here, consenting that s/he wishes to release the images from copyright and license them under the Creative Commons license.

Also try to remember to be a bit more civil in your discourse here and not to type in all caps as that is inappropriate. Thank you, –MuZemike 16:50, 1 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for File:Sarbakan logo French small.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Sarbakan logo French small.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fred the Oyster (talk) 18:19, 1 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Regarding remove of images edit

Your images were removed per WP:NFCC. Only the copyright holder themselves can provide permission. Saying you work there is not sufficient for Wikipedia standards. The images will continue to be removed as long as they do not have the correct permissions. If the images are considered free-use, please consider uploading it at Wikimedia commons. Additionally, games are typically allowed only one image unless there is sufficient content to fit a second image. Basically that means that the images shouldn't be longer than the article. --Teancum (talk) 18:30, 1 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

File copyright problem with File:Lazy Raiders logo.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Lazy Raiders logo.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Skier Dude (talk 03:38, 11 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
