Hi Lauretta, thank you for your clear disclosures of your conflict of interest and your willingness to work with the relevant policies, which it looks like you have already read. I have deleted the duplicate content you had here on your talk page as your user page is the proper place for that: this page is for other editors to communicate with you and you with them. I hope you will enjoy editing here - one of the best ways to get experience is to work on articles that you have absolutely no connection to, as it will help you understand how things work and what is needed. There can seem like a lot of guidelines at first, but if you have questions as you go, you can ask them here or on article talk pages, or other editor's talk pages. The resources are very helpful. Learning the ins and outs of Wikipedia has been a fun challenge so far. It's a little like learning to write html code combined with writing college term papers, and navigating a unique group dynamic all at the same time. I do plan to edit pages other than the ones associated with my employer, and in fact, added a little information on the Cake Decorating page yesterday as that is a personal hobby of mine. It was a great way to get more practice while contributing something I have some knowledge about.

Thank you for cleaning up my Talk page as well. If I run into any questions, I'll be sure to ask.

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized).
