The image was deleted on Commons as a copyright violation, along with all other images you uploaded. Anthony Bradbury, given the total lack of helpful edits and the demonstrated lack of insight prior to the block, I object to an unblock. See also Commons. Why was it a Copyright violation? I clicked the option that said I found the images on the internet and I typed "Goole" in next to sources. Is there something I did wrong? I apologized for trolling earlier and promise not to do it again. I will not upload anymore images to Commons until I have learned to properly cite sources and I promise to consult an admin. before editing pages in the future. If you could find a link to an article or site that explains proper citation, that would be greatly appreciated. Again, I am new to this. Please, give me a second chance. If you found the images via Google, there's very little chance that they were released under a free license like the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, and you provided no evidence that they were. Re-publishing something that isn't freely licensed without permission violates the copyright of the creator. Huon (talk) 00:52, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

The problem outlined does not lie within your usage of Google images, rather the 'ownership' of the images that you used. All images uploaded should comply with Wikipedia's image use policy — they must either be free for reuse (and in accordance with the guidlines) or available for "fair use" which is allowed in certain circumstances‍. The copyright status of the image must be established before uploading. The page Wikipedia:Uploading images is a far simpler summary of this which does not make for an overwhelming read like Wikipedia's image use policy might. Unless you have reason to assume otherwise, say a tag explicitly stating that an image is released under a specific license or evidence that it's so old that it's out of copyright (which, depending on circumstances, may mean "published before 1923", "creator died more than 70 years ago", or something else - copyright is difficult), we must by default assume that an image is copyrighted with all rights reserved - and thus unsuitable for the Wikimedia Commons, and unsuitable for Wikipedia too unless it meets the non-free content criteria (and I can't imagine an image of a dhampyr or of Ryan's head photoshopped onto a weasel would qualify). Unless an image is watermarked, there are few ways to tell where it came from - a Google Image search may reveal the source, but Google isn't perfect. Determining the copyright holder also is somewhat tricky; more reputable websites credit the author or copyright holder, but many others do not. So, to be safe, don't upload any pictures that I did not personally take, right? What if the picture is of an art sculpture that is fairly new? For example, there is a statue of bigfoot in Flag Rock near where I live, and I took a picture of myself next to it. I'd just like to put in my two cents having been involved here (I'm not an admin). You have obviously got off to a bad start here, but I wouldn't want to see someone being barred of making constructive contributions, and the last few comments you've made here suggest that you are somewhat interested in this, but as Anthony Bradbury stated, we do need to know that you are going to actually edit constructively — perhaps a read of the main policies, and an answer to Anthony's question of what you intend to contribute if unblocked would be in order? — Iambic Pentameter _{(talk / contribs)} 16:26, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

About your question regarding a Bigfoot statue: such a photo would not be OK because United States do not have freedom of panorama for statues (but some other nations do). You would still need a permission from the author of the statue (unless the author has been dead for a long time, in which case the statue is in WP:public domain). Regarding Tor, Wikipedia does not allow using WP:Open proxies and you would not be able to edit if you use one. Vanjagenije (talk) 21:27, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
