STOP Revering my Edits on I Shouldn't Be Alive edit

'LOLCaatz' can you please stop reverting my edits, these are standard Wikipedia practices. Thank you Qantasplanes (Talk with me) 06:26, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • 1. They can't be listed (January 2008 - June 2008), it should be simply (2008). Another example (November 2010 - March 2011), it should be (2010 - 11). It also could be 2007-2008.
  • 2. User:Twinsday helped clean up the article by removing by adding 'data-sort-value="" style="background: #DDF; vertical-align: middle; text-align: center; " class="skin-invert no table-no2" | TBA' and the reason above.
  • 3. You changed the correct IMBD to imbd? You've got to be kidding me.
  • 4. You also changed the reflist. Which was an updated version.
  • 5. You didn't provide an explanation.

These are on nearly all Wikipedia articles (except for 'reflist'). (List of Mayday episodes, List of The Simple Life episodes, List of The Simpsons episodes, List of House episodes etc.) Qantasplanes (Talk with me) 12:25, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I will get an administrator if you revert again. I already explained.Qantasplanes (Talk with me) 02:14, 16 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Civility edit

Wikipedia is not like most websites, in that civility is required (as you made an incivil personal attack here).Jasper Deng (talk) 04:16, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
In addition:

Your recent edits seem to have the appearance of edit warring after a review of the reverts you have made on I Shouldn't Be Alive. Users are expected to collaborate and discuss with others and avoid editing disruptively.

Please be particularly aware, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.Jasper Deng (talk) 04:19, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
I haven't been watching the latest season, but I do agree that 92.5.146.170's edits are not very good. However they are not vandalism.Jasper Deng (talk) 04:19, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

November 2011 edit

Thank you for your contribution to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Our readers are looking for serious articles and will not find joke edits amusing. Remember that Wikipedia is a widely used reference tool, so we have to take what we do here seriously. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use the sandbox to get started. Thank you. Dbrodbeck (talk) 02:11, 10 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

MW3 User Reviews edit

Here's the problem. Those user reviews aren't efficient or official. If you look at some of them, they only use like one sentence to explain the game. One sentence. Some even like 2 words. By definition, that isn't a review. Plus, we don't even know whether the users who are reviewing have even played the game or not. They might just be saying bad stuff about it because they aren't a fan of CoD games. You never know. Either way, user reviews can't be used in this situation. Thanks. Discretionary sanctions alert edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Disambiguation link notification for November 10 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Timeline of the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Khojavend. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:17, 10 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
