Mr. DuPont is a cadre at the Oregon National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program. He has been working there for close to 30 years. Mr. DuPont was in the army, and worked as a tanker. Look up oycp.com, and it'll take you there. And, I don't see how my statement wasn't neutral, I didn't say "I think", or "in my opinion". ??
