Hey, Kevin! I am not sure if this is the right place to post my feedback, if it is not I will post elsewhere.. I think you contribution to the article is very beneficial! My suggestions would be to add data to the survey mentioned. It is a little bit vague what percentage of people trust the online gambling websites, and what percentage of people do not. Also, I noticed there are a handful of claims without citations. Additionally, in the few sentences, I am wondering how certain customers do not use Responsible Gaming Features.
